G A M E    S C O R E S    &    U M P I R E    E V A L U A T I O N S Requirements All managers (both home and away) are required to provide a game scores and umpire evaluations as soon as possible after the completion of a game. The form is easy to fill out online provide us with critical information in the following areas: What game it was The score Evaluations of the umpires First off, without prompt reporting of the scores we cannot keep accurate standings which only hurts every team in your division. Secondly without the umpire evaluations we cannot determine how well some umpires are doing and take steps to rectify situations that may arise. Please note that we no longer collect the game summaries on this form--it is a managers responsibility to place those on his/her own team blog. The textual summaries are very important as both the kids and parents love to see their names highlighted for a good play or a good hit.
